First drag the video on timeline . 

 Click on filters, click on text:html. Click on simple scroll. Type the credits here. Once done click on close button and click on save button. Now click on the play button to check it. 

 Click on edit button if you want to do some changes. Click on format menu to change style, font, color or indent. Click on save button to save the changes. 

Click on play button to check it. To change the direction of scrolling effect click on direction and select direction.
